How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. During peak gardening seasons, please allow up to 7 business days for your plants and supplies to arrive.
Do you offer a guarantee on your plants?
Yes, we offer a 12-month hardy plant guarantee. If your plant fails to thrive despite proper care, please contact our team with a photo and your order number for a replacement or refund.
What is your return policy for garden furniture and tools?
Non-living items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How are fragile items like ceramic pots shipped?
We use specialized protective packaging and reinforced boxes to ensure your pots and glass items arrive safely. If anything arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Can I click and collect my order?
Absolutely. Select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your items are ready for pickup at our garden centre.
