At Newlands Garden Centre, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify if you require a refund or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our horticultural experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
